_{Here is the result of tricks on technologies, mixed with good old tetris, in a one undefined place.
do you think you can tell what is it?

edit - overall darkening with curves, levels, brightness/contras, black color gradients, blue hues solid colors and color balances.
glow - a mix of random drawings, then motion-blurred, ahead of it - some random small square shapes, duplicated and motion blurred for the little lines.
